Privacy Policy

Effective / Last updated: July 4, 2026

1. Introduction

Task Master Group LLC ("TMG," "we," "us," or "our") is a company based in Florida, United States, and operates the website located at taskmastergroup.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use that information, and the choices available to you regarding it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly, as well as limited information that is collected automatically when you visit our website. Specifically, we may collect the following:

  • Contact form: When you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us.
  • Job applications: When you apply for a position, we collect your full name, complete address, email address, and phone number, along with the files you submit — your CV or resume, your DISC assessment result, a one-minute introduction video, and screenshots of your computer and internet connection specifications.
  • Scheduling: When you book a meeting through our embedded Calendly scheduler, your name, email address, and meeting details are shared directly with Calendly in order to arrange the appointment.
  • Automatic information: Our hosting provider derives a country-level location from your IP address solely to tailor the contact experience for visitors from the Philippines; we do not store IP addresses. We also collect anonymous usage and performance analytics.
  • Cookies and trackers: We do not set any first-party cookies, and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • To evaluate job applications and manage our recruiting process;
  • To schedule consultations and meetings;
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website;
  • To comply with our legal obligations.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and process the information you submit. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, and we share only the information necessary for the service to function:

  • Google (Gmail): Contact form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Gmail.
  • monday.com: Job application details and uploaded files are stored in our recruiting workspace on monday.com.
  • Google Firebase Cloud Storage: Application files are temporarily staged in Firebase Cloud Storage during transfer to monday.com and are then deleted (see Data Retention below).
  • Calendly: Our meeting scheduler is powered by Calendly, and any information you provide through it is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
  • Vercel: Our website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) and country-level geolocation.

5. Data Retention

Application files that are temporarily staged in Firebase Cloud Storage are deleted immediately after they are transferred to monday.com, and an automated daily cleanup process removes any files that may remain.

Contact emails and application records are kept only for as long as needed to address the relevant inquiry or recruiting purpose and to maintain our business records.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We do not set first-party cookies or use local storage, and the analytics we rely on are cookieless. Embedded third-party content, such as the Calendly scheduler, may set its own cookies in accordance with that provider's privacy policy.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data transmitted to and from our website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and access to the information you submit is limited to team members who need it to carry out the purposes described in this policy.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@taskmastergroup.com. We will honor such requests as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you reside — for example, in California or the European Union/European Economic Area — you may have additional statutory rights regarding your personal information.

9. International Applicants and Users

Our recruiting efforts are directed in part at candidates located in the Philippines. If you submit information to us, please be aware that it will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for business clients and adult job applicants. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the website after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
